Anti-Spam Policy
Effective October 17, 2026
Impactful MSP does not send, and does not permit anyone to send, unsolicited commercial messages (“spam”) that advertise, promote or link to impactfulmsp.com or any Impactful MSP program or service.
Our policy
- We never advertise impactfulmsp.com using unsolicited messages. This covers email, SMS, social media direct messages, forum and comment posts, and any other channel.
- This applies to everyone, not just us. Our team, contractors, partners, affiliates, referral partners, resellers, vendors and any other third party are prohibited from advertising impactfulmsp.com, or linking to it, in unsolicited messages. No one is authorized to do so on our behalf.
- We do not buy, rent, sell or share email lists, and we never use harvested, scraped or purchased addresses.
- We only email people who asked to hear from us, for example by joining our waitlist, reserving a workshop seat, applying to the mastermind or becoming a member, or who have an existing business relationship with us, and only about what they asked for.
- Every marketing email we send clearly identifies Impactful MSP as the sender, uses accurate subject lines, includes our contact information and a working way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribe requests are honored promptly.
- We comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Affiliates, partners and third parties
Anyone who sends unsolicited messages advertising impactfulmsp.com is acting in violation of this policy and without our authorization. If we find that a partner, affiliate, contractor or other third party has done so, we will require them to stop immediately and we will end the relationship.
Reporting spam
If you receive an unsolicited message that advertises or links to impactfulmsp.com, please forward it, including the full message headers, to letsgrow@impactfulmsp.com. We investigate every report and act on it.
